In simple terms...
We will not add you to our mailing list, or contact you in any way unless you ”opt-in” by checking the box on our contact form. And we will not share your information with anyone else for any purposes.

More specifically, regarding your requests for books or to be on our mailing list...
If you send us your name and address, we will only use this information in order to process your request for a book. If you send us your email address, we will only use it to contact you periodically regarding this web site or the activities of the Memorial Fund, or to contact you should we have any questions. Your information will not be shared or sold to any other companies for any purposes.

We will not add you to our mailing list unless you "opt-in" by checking the box that requests to be on the mailing list. If after "opting-in", you later decide that you want to be removed from our mailing list, we will make every effort to honor your request in a timely fashion.

And, regarding our Guest Book...
If you submit an entry for our Guest Book, and if we publish it, everything you write will be public information on the Internet and could very possibly be indexed (and therefore searchable) by the various Internet search engines. If you include your email address in the Guest Book, it is possible—even likely—that you may subsequently receive "spam" (unwanted email). This is not our doing, but simply a result of your email address appearing on a web page on the Internet.

So, if you want to create a Guest Book entry, and you want to include your email address so that we can reply to you, but you don't want your email address published, you should clearly mention this in the text of your Guest Book entry and we will make every effort to remove your email address from the Guest Book entry before we publish it. Better yet, contact us separately by email after you create your Guest Book entry, mentioning in your email the name and/or location you used in the Guest Book entry. This will give us your email address separate from your Guest Book entry.
